My recent stay at Jackalberry Ridge By Dream Resorts was absolutely amazing! I stayed in tent 9 with three of my friends, and it was a fantastic first-time experience in the bush. The tents were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and daily cleaning. We even had two separate tents, each with its own bathroom, which added to the glamping-like experience.

We stayed in a spacious, well-equipped tent, surrounded by beautiful bush and lively wildlife. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor seating area with a plunge pool was perfect for warmer days. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the Crocodile Bridge entrance to Kruger National Park, allowing us to easily explore the area.
We found it difficult to get in and out of the swimming pool and the tent sides could have been stretched better, leading to a noisy night with the sides slamming against the furniture.

The decor of the tent was charming, with a touch of African elegance that transported me to a different time. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were easy to navigate, and there were handrails in certain areas, ensuring my safety and stability.
I would have loved to have more lighting in the front of the tent, especially during the evening when it became quite dark. This would have added an extra sense of security and ease for senior guests like myself.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Kruger Park. The tents were comfortable, and the bathroom was great with a lovely shower. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities for a self-catering stay. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy.
The surrounding woods were quite dark, which made the atmosphere a bit gloomy. The personal pool was also dark and not very inviting.

We had a fantastic glamping-like experience in tent 9. the tents were well-equipped with separate bathrooms and comfortable beds. the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. We loved the private BBQ area and the private plunge pool. the location was great, only a 30-minute drive to the Crocodile Bridge Gate in the Kruger Park where we saw the big 5. It was amazing to be surrounded by the dense bush and have animals like worthog, impala, and mongoose come to visit us. the staff were friendly and the setting was truly beautiful.
We felt very welcomed and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Staying at this incredible glamping site was an absolute game-changer! The spacious tents with separate bathrooms provided an amazing experience with a touch of luxury. The surrounding bush was alive with friendly animals like worthog, impala, and mongoose, making it a truly special stay. The comfortable beds and daily cleaning were top-notch. The private bbq area and plunge pool added to the already jaw-dropping experience. Despite the presence of other tents, the dense bush created a secluded atmosphere, perfect for stargazing at night. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the Kruger Park where we were lucky enough to spot the big five! Oh, and did I mention the convenience of having a petrol station and shop nearby? Absolutely mind-blowing! An out-of-this-world experience for nature lovers. The attention to detail in the units was exceptional, with everything you could possibly need, making us incredibly comfortable. The beautiful bird and animal life in the surrounding bush truly transported us to an "Out of Africa" experience. Lastly, the service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to Tanya for making our stay even more lovely. Super recommend this for those who love the outdoors and incredible wildlife experiences!

One of the highlights of this resort was the refreshing outdoor pool. After a long day of meetings, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. The pool area was well-maintained, and the lush surroundings created a tranquil atmosphere. It truly added an extra level of relaxation to my stay.
The sides of the tent could have been fastened/stretched better.
